Job summary

Selfridges seeks an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to partner with line managers on ER matters, from disciplinaries and grievances to absence and performance management. You will ensure fair processes, challenge management where needed, and support with GDPR compliant record-keeping.

You will design policy updates, deliver manager training, maintain ER data trackers, generate monthly reports, and handle GDPR compliant case files.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases.
• Ability to deliver practical ER advice and guidance to line managers.
• Strong understanding of employment law and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee relations cases and trackers in a GDPR compliant manner.
• Provide ER guidance to line managers, including disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance matters.
• Design and deliver manager training on ER topics.
• Produce monthly ER reports and identify trends to inform interventions and training.
• Maintain policy updates and collaborate with HR leadership on changes.
