Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Team, primarily based at Strode’s College with travel to other campuses as required. You will act as the specialist contact for employee relations across the College Group, providing proactive, professional advice and support to managers on a wide range of people matters.

• Strong understanding of employment law and college policies.
