Employee Relations Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: City of London

Work Arrangement: On site 5 days a week

Salary: c £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

Job Description:

We are recruiting for a leading Financial Services organisation to find an experienced Employee Relations Advisor. Experience in Financial Services is essential for this role.

This position requires someone who has focused on Employee Relations for the last few years, rather than as part of HR Generalist duties.

  • You will be responsible for all employee relations matters, providing specialist advice on employee relations, employment law, and change management.
  • Provide advice and support to HR business partners and personnel across key HR areas such as change management, TUPE, absence management, maternity, disciplinary, performance management, grievance, and redundancy.

Experience: Dedicated experience as an ER specialist is essential in Financial Services. Must demonstrate a high level of ER experience, including managing grievances, performance improvement, and employment tribunal cases.

Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, including TUPE transfers and collective consultation, is required.
