The role demands a high level of expertise in employment law and best practices, specifically within the financial sector. The successful candidate will provide critical support to HR and ensure compliance with UK regulations while tackling employee grievances and change management effectively.
Employee Relations Specialist (Financial Services)
Location: City of London
Work Arrangement: On site 5 days a week
Salary: c £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits
We are recruiting for a leading Financial Services organisation to find an experienced Employee Relations Advisor. Experience in Financial Services is essential for this role.
This position requires someone who has focused on Employee Relations for the last few years, rather than as part of HR Generalist duties.
Experience: Dedicated experience as an ER specialist is essential in Financial Services. Must demonstrate a high level of ER experience, including managing grievances, performance improvement, and employment tribunal cases.
Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, including TUPE transfers and collective consultation, is required.
