Job Description:

The One Group are proud to be working exclusively with a highly well known prestigious brand that have an opportunity for a an ER Specialist to join their team on a 3 month FTC.

This is a highly sought after employer, with a strong HR team, great facilities this is an ideal opportunity for anyone who has strong ER experience.

What your day will look like?

• Managing a wide array of ER cases, performance related cases, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Support of the appeal process.
• Development and management of the ER process, this will include ER templates, policies and processes.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business on development of ER cases and advising on process where needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong ER case management experience, dealing with various ER cases at varying complexity, be an excellent communicator, experience in a fast paced environment and enjoying working within a team.

This role is an fully office based role, in a outstanding facility, with a highly competitive salary.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 830am - 530pm.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to be available to start within a maximum of a week from offer.
