On behalf of our client, a global payments platform, we are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist who brings in-depth knowledge of Employee Relations (ER), with a strong understanding of EMEA ER laws and compliance regulations. This position offers a competitive salary of £37,000 - £48,000 and is based in the city of London. Operating a flexible hybrid model with days in office being determined by business needs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a fair and consistent approach across the EMEA region, promoting a positive culture while minimising risks. You will be working collaboratively with HR Business Partners and internal legal team, assessing and resolving employee relations matters. This position offers a competitive salary of £37,000 - £48,000 and is based in the city of London. Operating a flexible hybrid model with days in office being determined by business needs.

What you'll do:

As an Employee Relations Specialist, your role will be integral in maintaining a harmonious workplace environment. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving employee relations matters, ensuring consistency across the EMEA region.

  • Assess and resolve employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee concerns
  • Provide guidance to Line Managers and Supervisors on fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Ensure workplace practices comply with local employment laws and regulations
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits and payroll related matters
  • Report trends and insights on employee relations to inform decision-making
  • Work with external bodies to resolve complex employee disputes
  • Liaise with government agencies on employment compliance issues
