Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Team. The role is primarily based at Strode’s College, Egham, with travel to other campuses as required, and offers a salary between £37,263 and £40,079 per annum, depending on experience.

You will act as the specialist ER contact for the College Group, delivering proactive, professional, and pragmatic advice to managers on a wide range of people matters.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations.
• Sound working knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide practical advice to managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive employee relations advice to managers across the College Group.
• Take ownership of a varied caseload and navigate complex ER matters.
• Lead on disciplinary and grievance proceedings, investigations, attendance management and performance issues.
• Advise on flexible working requests and family-friendly policies.
