Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Team. The role is based primarily at Strode’s College, with travel to other campuses as required, and offers a salary from £37,263 up to £40,079 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will act as the specialist point of contact for employee relations across the College Group, providing proactive, professional and pragmatic advice and support to managers on a wide range of people matters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee relations within a large organisation.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and policies.
• Ability to manage a varied HR caseload and advise managers.
• Experience with disciplinary, grievance, investigations, attendance and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive employee relations advice to managers.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance proceedings.
• Support maternity, paternity, adoption and flexible working requests.
• Lead on flexible working requests and family-friendly policies.
