Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a People Relations Specialist to act as the initial contact for leaders across the organisation and manage a caseload with support from the People Relations Team. You will provide expert guidance, influencing, and coaching to improve the employee experience.

The role focuses on ER case reviews, process improvement, and maintaining comprehensive case notes within our management system. A FTC until Dec 2026 with hybrid working arrangements is offered.

• Manage your own caseload with support from the People Relations Team.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead ER process reviews.
• Create and analyse employee relations MI and share insights with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in the case management system.

Join us as a People Relations Advisor, where you’ll collaborate with our People Division and key stakeholders to deliver expert guidance, support leaders of the business, and enhance the employee experience.

About the rol

eAs a People Relations Specialist at YBS, you will act as the initial point of contact for leaders across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload, with support from the wider People Relations Team. Key responsibilities include

• :Providing expert advice, guidance, coaching and support to leaders: helping to build their capability and confidence while promoting greater self-service.
• .Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and lead on activities to enhance processes and capability through ER case and process review
• sCreating and analysing employee relations MI, identifying trends and themes, and share insights to the People Relations Team Leader to share with broader business stakeholders and People Division
• .Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation and case notes within the case management system
