Job summary

Rated Traders Ltd is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to deliver a customer-focused ER service within the People Policy Framework, overseeing and undertaking employee relations casework across all areas of dispute and attendance management.

You will provide clear, balanced guidance in line with ER policies, identify opportunities to develop HR policy and practice across partners, and work with the Senior HR Advisor and shared HR & OD apprentice to manage workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employee relations casework and advice.
• Knowledge of HR policy frameworks and governance.
• Ability to influence policy implementation and culture change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and undertake employee relations casework across all areas of dispute and attendance management.
• Provide clear, balanced ER advice in line with People Policy Framework.
• Identify opportunities to develop and improve HR policy and practice across partners.
• Collaborate with the Senior HR Advisor and shared HR & OD apprentice to manage work allocation.
• When needed, engage with external support (legal, LBS and other partners) to improve ER and service provision.
