Job summary

A leading contemporary arts college in the UK is seeking an experienced ER Specialist to lead various employee relations cases. The role involves managing complex change processes, refining HR policies, and delivering training to enhance manager skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in a multi-site setup and demonstrate clear, confident communication with empathy. Qualifications

• Ability to lead a wide range of ER cases with confidence and expertise.
• Comfortable managing complex change processes from end to end.
• Experience handling ACAS, ET3, and sensitive exits.

• Review and renew HR policies and toolkits.
• Produce monthly insights and ER MI reports.
• Deliver ER training to strengthen manager capability.
