Job summary

Sumsub is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to join the People team in a hybrid role focused on employee relations and HR operations. You will lead complex termination cases end-to-end, conduct confidential grievance investigations, advise leadership, and ensure compliant HR processes across onboarding, offboarding, and data management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in HR with a mix of HR operations and employee relations.
• Experience managing complex or contested terminations and grievances/investigations.
• Fluent English and solid knowledge of international labor law across regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Comfort with HR reporting/data and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations (50%): lead complex termination cases end-to-end with documentation and coaching; investigate grievances; counsel on performance and disciplinary actions; maintain confidential case notes.
• HR Operations (50%): own onboarding/offboarding, contracts, data accuracy, ERP/HRIS processes, and policy SOP updates; produce HR metrics for leadership.
