Sellafield is seeking an experienced Advice & Case Coaching Manager to lead our HR team in advising and supporting employee-related cases, ensuring policy compliance and expert guidance. The role blends employment law expertise with strong leadership to shape the delivery of HR services and drive continuous improvement in a highly unionised setting.

Formación

• CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience managing employee cases with knowledge of employment law and policies.
• Experience leading and developing people and teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities with data insights.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with integrity.
• Collaborative approach to identify issues and implement practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management and oversight of formal employee relations cases with the Case Coaches, Advisors and Specialists.
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of policies, governance standards and employment legislation.
• Build relationships with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, line managers and Trade Union reps.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage capacity and resources to service standards.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities for senior leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, compliance and employee experience.
