Job summary

YTL UK in Bath is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join the People team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations and support managers across the full lifecycle.

In a fast-paced, unionised environment you will manage high-volume ER casework, contribute to HR projects, policy reviews and data reporting while collaborating with Occupational Health and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and effective people solutions.

Qualifications

• CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a HR advisory capacity in a fast-paced, unionised environment.
• Experience handling grievances, disciplinaries and sickness management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage high-volume employee relations casework.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy reviews, reporting and data analysis.
