Job Description:

Role Overview: Our client, a global Managed Services and Staffing provider, seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide responsive HR advice and support, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advice and Guidance: Advise managers on employee relations matters, manage cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and TUPE, develop policies, and liaise with payroll and admin teams.
  2. Case Management: Handle employee relations cases end-to-end, including drafting letters, managing ACAS cases, and facilitating occupational health referrals.
  3. Technology and HR Systems: Maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and ensure GDPR compliance.
  4. Relationship Management: Develop relationships with managers and HR colleagues, supporting organisational change and employee relations support.
  5. Projects: Collaborate with the team on departmental objectives and review of employee relations materials.

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong HR advisory background with focus on Employee Relations and Employment Legislation
  • Proven case management experience
  • Knowledge of GDPR and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Understanding of TUPE and redundancy processes
