Job summary

Insight Select Limited is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support ER matters across its London-based entities. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders, providing practical guidance on a broad range of ER cases to ensure fairness and compliance with UK employment law.

The role suits an ER professional who manages a varied caseload, supports managers through complex matters and helps develop HR policies and processes within a financial services

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an Employee Relations advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER best practice.
• Experience supporting grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and appeals.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using HR systems and working with employee data and reporting.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with ability to support change.
• Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER advice to line managers and HRBP team.
• Support management of grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and appeals.
• Prepare documentation for hearings and meetings; explore informal resolutions.
• Assist with complex ER cases, including Employment Tribunal claims, with senior ER stakeholders.
• Contribute to HR policy development and internal guidance.
• Support ER training for managers and HR colleagues.
• Collaborate with Legal and Data teams on DSARs.
• Provide guidance on performance management, restructuring and absence management.
• Maintain accurate ER data, reporting and case documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve ER processes and support HR projects.
