Job summary

You will provide first line advice to managers, deliver tailored training on sickness absence processes, and use absence data to target support.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with sickness absence management experience.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex ER cases.
• Able to provide first-line advice to managers and deliver training.

Responsibilities
