Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking an experienced People Advisor to provide hands-on HR support across several London locations. The role focuses on sickness absence management, employee relations casework and day-to-day people matters in a fast-paced trust environment.

Working with senior HR colleagues, you will manage a varied caseload, advise managers, and ensure compliance with UK employment law. CIPD Level 5 qualified candidates preferred; sector experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and casework.
• Strong sickness absence management experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proactive and autonomous HR professional.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage short and long-term sickness absence cases.
• Provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice to managers.
• Support attendance, wellbeing and return-to-work processes.
• Manage Occupational Health referrals and reasonable adjustments.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, capability and probation matters.
• Prepare HR correspondence and case documentation.
• Support formal meetings and investigations.
• Maintain accurate case records and trackers.
• Provide regular updates on case progress and key risks.
