EDF is leading the UK's nuclear renaissance and seeks an ER Advisor to join the Nuclear & Defence Team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based at Hinkley Point C with occasional travel to Plymouth, you will provide generalist employee relations support to managers and staff, helping evolve our People processes.

You will bring CIPD Level 5 (or working towards), 2+ years in HR advisory roles, and a proven ability to influence and manage investigations, including collaboration with Trade Unions to

• Experience handling employee relations casework from start to finish.
• CIPD Level 5 or working towards (or equivalent).
• Experience working with a Trade Union.
• Excellent communication with strong influencing ability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of employee relations, performance & absence management, and engagement.”

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management, ensuring all documentation is completed and records maintained.
• Support managers in investigations and fair resolution of employee concerns, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied and aligned with legislation (GDPR compliant).
• Contribute to the regional People Plan and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate People records and documentation.
• Support embedding performance management processes, guiding managers with goal setting and reviews.
• Collaborate with wider People Team to deliver initiatives strengthening engagement and wellbeing.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities and coordination of hiring processes.
