Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our Nuclear & Defence team at Hinkley Point C. The role is site-based, requiring confidence in handling complex ER cases and advising managers on investigations and policy applications.

The successful candidate will build constructive relationships with Trade Unions, support consultations, and help maintain positive employee relations in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in employee relations and handling complex cases.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and company policies.
• Experience advising managers on investigations, hearings and appeals.
• Proven ability to work with Trade Unions and manage union negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER cases from start to finish (discipline, grievance, performance, absence).
• Advise managers on investigations, hearings, appeals and policy application.
• Build relationships with Trade Union reps and support consultations and disputes.
• Provide practical advice on Industrial Relations to minimise business risk.
