Job summary

William Jackson Food Group Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Advisor based in Nelson with regular travel to depots. You will be the expert for all Employee Relations matters, partnering with managers to provide advice and support proactive employee management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an ER or HR Advisor role, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to manage complex ER cases. The position offers attractive benefits, including 33 days holiday and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an ER or HR Advisor role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, and absence matters.
• Upskill and coach managers to handle ER matters confidently.
• Produce insight reports to support decision-making.
