Job summary

Trident Group – UK is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture Team. You will manage complex ER cases, advise managers and help shape a fair, inclusive workplace.

You will bring strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent communication and coaching skills, and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience. We offer flexible working and professional development in a supportive environment.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
