Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking an Employee Lifecycle Associate to join the Employee Lifecycle Team in Glenrothes. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction services across Kingdom Group and support our One Kingdom strategy.

Reporting to the Employee Lifecycle Coordinator, you will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain accurate data and respond to lifecycle queries, contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Customer-focused approach with awareness of data protection principles.
• Has an HNC-level qualification or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
• Knowledge of recruitment practice, HR/Payroll systems and relevant employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the administration for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, including Right to Work checks.
• Be the first point of contact for lifecycle queries, resolving them promptly or escalating where needed.
• Support recruitment campaigns, events, assessment centres and departmental inductions.
• Keep people data accurate, confidential and up to date across contractual records and HR systems.
