Job summary

Hikvision UK & Ireland seeks an HR professional to own onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement, shaping an internal communications strategy aligned with business goals.

You will design and execute HR programs to attract, retain and develop talent, organise engagement events, and nurture a positive employer brand.

Additionally, you will handle HR administration, coordinate with managers, deliver welcome sessions, and produce quarterly exit analyses to inform workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in HR or People Operations or similar role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration processes.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to reinforce culture.
• Develop and execute HR plans aligning with business objectives and employer brand.
• Coordinate onboarding preparation, welcome sessions, and induction training.
• Prepare exit correspondence, conduct exit interviews, and produce quarterly departing employee analyses.
