Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employee Experience & Community Engagement Specialist to design and deliver programmes that enhance the employee journey from recruitment through onboarding and beyond.

You will lead initiatives to strengthen culture, build partnerships with universities and community organisations, and elevate our employer brand and EVP. The role collaborates with HR, Marketing and business functions to attract, engage and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Campus Recruitment, or related field.
• Experience managing employee engagement or onboarding programmes preferred.
• Experience of employer branding, social media, or content marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee experience initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and retention.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new starters.
• Coordinate induction programmes and onboarding schedules.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure successful transitions for new employees.
• Develop onboarding materials, guides, and digital resources.
• Measure onboarding effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and retention metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organisations and not-for-profits.
• Coordinate volunteering events and CSR activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges.
• Coordinate campus recruitment events, careers fairs, internships, placements, and MBA recruitment programmes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote employer brand and content; manage presence on LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
