Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks an Employee Experience & Community Engagement Specialist to design and deliver programmes that enhance recruitment, onboarding and ongoing employee engagement. You will lead initiatives that strengthen culture, build partnerships with universities and community organisations, and elevate the company's EVP.

Working with Marketing, you will position Armstrong as an employer of choice and collaborate across HR and business functions to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Campus Recruitment, or a related field.
• Experience managing employee engagement or onboarding programmes preferred.
• Experience of employer branding, social media, or content marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver employee experience initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes and resources.
• Build partnerships with universities and community organisations.
• Develop and promote the employer brand and EVP across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
• Analyse engagement data and report on programme effectiveness.
