We're looking for an experienced Employee Engagement Manager to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Engagement, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and implementing employee engagement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture and leading initiatives from concept to completed execution while ensuring alignment with broader objectives.
  • Developing and driving strategic plans while leading both short-term initiatives and long-term growth efforts.
  • Translating high-level goals into clear, actionable details and measurable outcomes.
  • Shifting seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Ensuring alignment between employee engagement initiatives and broader, global organisational objectives, balancing vision and perspective with tactical implementation and delivery.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Must have 7–8 years of progressively responsible experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or related program/project management roles.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with proven success in delivering complex projects independently from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to build trust and credibility at all levels.
  • Experience managing or enhancing internal communication channels such as intranets or collaboration platforms

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Prior HR experience or understanding of HR functions and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing employee engagement initiatives within diverse, global organisations.
  • Global or cross-regional experience collaborating with international teams.
