About The Role

At TFG Brands London, we’re looking for an HR Manager to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Focusing on our Central Teams portfolio, you will be a key member of our HR team. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our brands, including Phase Eight, Whistles, Hobbs, and our luxury homewares brand, Inside Story. As our HR Manager, you'll be based at our offices in Kimber Road (SW18) and Euston (NW1). You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding HR support, ensuring our teams are equipped, motivated, and aligned with our values.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to Central Teams across various people matters, providing coaching, advice, and guidance.
• Participate in projects related to Employee Relations, Reward, L&D, and Engagement. Lead group initiatives, including policies and benefits.
• Maintain employee engagement and promote the company's culture and values.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to streamline practices and ensure consistency across all brands.
• Lead group projects in partnership with Retail HR Managers and other stakeholders.
• Support the HR strategy and projects, gaining support and adapting to business needs.

About You

To succeed as HR Manager, you should have:

• Experience in HR, ideally in retail (not essential).
• Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage organizational change and process implementation.
• Strong skills in handling employee relations issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• A sense of urgency, multitasking ability, and a results-oriented approach.
