Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join a growing team, delivering strategic advice and tailored benefits solutions to a diverse client base across the UK.

You will design and implement benefits programmes, advise on pensions, healthcare and life assurance, analyze data, communicate with clients, and help develop the benefits proposition while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience within employee benefits consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the UK benefits market.
• Excellent client relationship, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and genuine interest in developing innovative benefits solutions.
