Alexander Lloyd Limited is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their respected team in London. You will work with SME clients, delivering strategic advice on Healthcare and Group Risk arrangements and leading renewals with day-to-day client servicing.

The role emphasises building strong stakeholder relationships and pursuing organic growth, within a collaborative team environment. Hybrid work is offered, with London office presence one day per week.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' experience in an Employee Benefits Consultant position
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Group Risk products
• Experience managing and retaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to business development
• A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a supportive team culture

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected Employee Benefits team within a leading insurance and advisory business. We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to become part of a successful and collaborative team of consultants that work with an established portfolio of SME clients, providing expert advice across Healthcare and Group Risk arrangements.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients
• Provide strategic advice across Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance schemes
• Lead annual renewals and day-to-day client servicing activities
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
