Job description

Employee Benefits Business Development Manager

The Employee Benefits Business Development Manager role involves engaging with senior leaders in mid to large corporate and global businesses to promote Health, Wellbeing, and Employee Benefits solutions. You will be responsible for securing new opportunities and expanding services with existing clients.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home, in our Farnborough office, or visit clients mainly in Farnborough/M25 area, depending on your preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales of Employee Benefit propositions to new clients and new services to existing clients.
  • Engage through various channels including Aon network, client networking, personal contacts, and telemarketing.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven success in employee benefit sales, including online sales.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Risk consulting, broking, and DC advisory services.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels, especially C-suite and HR managers.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, marketing, and business risks.
