Aon plc in the United Kingdom is hiring an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing Benefits team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, provide administrative support, and partner with Consultants to ensure outstanding client service delivery.

You'll liaise with product providers, HR and third parties, respond promptly to client enquiries, onboard new clients, and produce reports and market analyses within agreed timeframes. This role is office-based in Birmingham.

Formación

• Previous experience with employee benefits across product lines.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Liaising with product providers, HR and third parties and conducting client research.
• Responding promptly to client enquiries regarding existing arrangements and renewals.
• Supporting Consultants to onboard new clients and produce reports and analyses.
• Ensuring client expectations are exceeded in terms of service levels and information.
• Producing market intelligence and information on potential opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Preparing detailed policy summaries, reports and portfolio valuations for reviews.
• Keeping up to date with product, legislative and technical changes.
