Role Overview

A full-time role for a qualified Mortgage Adviser working as part of a team of advisers. You will be responsible for converting new leads (and any existing client base leads) into mortgage sales. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, source suitable mortgage products, and recommend protection solutions to safeguard their future. Protection experience is desirable, although not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored, expert, professional mortgage and protection advice
• Source suitable mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders
• Recommend appropriate protection policies including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
• Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
• Comply with FCA regulations and company standards to satisfy audit requirements
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Self-develop and stay updated with industry-related topics

Key Requirements

• Essential CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection roles
