Job summary

• Experience working with young people in education or related settings.
• Ability to support students facing barriers to learning.
• Capable of maintaining calm behaviour and building positive relationships.
• Able to design and deliver practical employability sessions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging employability and vocational sessions.
• Help students develop workplace-ready skills and confidence.
• Prepare students for further education, training and employment.
• Build positive relationships with students and support their progression.
• Adapt sessions to meet individual learning needs and abilities, including SEMH or behavioural needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support broader student development and a positive learning environment.
• Maintain a calm, structured learning atmosphere.
