Triangle Housing Association Limited in Ballymena is seeking an Employability Training Officer (Maternity Cover). You will provide training support to economically inactive individuals, including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, autism and mental health challenges, to help move them into sustained employment through accredited and non-accredited vocational training and experiential learning.

The fixed-term role is 30 hours per week, based at the Ballymena Office, with salary band 4

Qualifications

• Experience delivering vocational training and experiential learning.
• Ability to support economically inactive individuals, including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, autism and mental health issues.
• Ability to deliver accredited/non-accredited training courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide training support to move economically inactive individuals toward sustained employment.
• Deliver or support delivery of accredited and non-accredited vocational training and experiential learning.
