Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an Employability Trainer to support young people on the Youth Jobs Guarantee across Wiltshire & Swindon.
You will deliver employability and work preparation training through a mix of bite-sized sessions, group workshops, online delivery and 1:1 coaching. With experience in training, coaching or teaching, you will tailor content to individual needs, assess progress and help participants progress into real vacancies.

We're looking for an engaging and motivated Employability Trainer to deliver high quality employability and work preparation support to participants on our Youth Jobs Guarantee programme.
In this role, you'll deliver a range of flexible learning activities, including bite sized workshops, group sessions, online training and one-to-one support. You'll help young people develop the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to secure and sustain employment, covering areas such as CV writing, interview preparation, job searching, workplace behaviours, digital skills and confidence building.
You’ll work closely with Youth Employment Advisors and employer engagement colleagues, you'll tailor training to individual needs and local employment opportunities, ensuring participants are prepared for real vacancies and career progression.
We're looking for someone with experience in training, coaching, teaching or employability support, who is passionate about making a difference and supporting young people to achieve their goals.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
