Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council’s InspireU is seeking an Employability, Personal & Social Development Tutor to deliver engaging sessions to young people aged 16-24. The role is 30 hours per week, with 2 days at Gainsborough (Tuesday and Thursday) and 1 day at Lincoln, plus departmental duties.

We value inclusive teaching, adapt sessions to learners’ starting points and support progression towards adulthood and employability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Employability and Personal & Social Development sessions.
• Teaching qualification preferred; unqualified considered with training.
• Experience with learners aged 16–24 and supporting progression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Employability and Personal & Social Development sessions to learners aged 16–24.
• Deliver 2 days per week at Gainsborough and 1 day at Lincoln, plus departmental duties.
• Use active, adaptive teaching methods and support progression to adulthood and employability.
• Deliver qualifications from Entry 1 to Level 2 and the RARPA-based curriculum.
