Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council invites applications for an Employability, Personal and Social Development Tutor at InspireU Louth. The role is part-time (18.5 hours per week) with two delivery days at the Louth site and additional duties.

The successful candidate will deliver sessions for 16–24 year-olds, covering employability and personal development, and may train as a fully qualified tutor. The role supports flexible, blended learning in a small-class environment with hybrid working, travel to

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sessions to young people is advantageous.
• Teaching qualification welcomed but unqualified tutors who are willing to train are considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Employability and Personal & Social Development sessions to learners aged 16–24.
• Deliver qualifications from Entry 1 to Level 2 and RARPA-based curriculum as part of the programme.
• Support learners to develop employability skills and transition to adulthood.
• Travel to other InspireU sites as required and participate in departmental duties.
