Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is urgently recruiting an Employability, Personal & Social Development Tutor to deliver engaging sessions for young people aged 16-24. The role is part-time (30 hours) with two delivery days in Gainsborough and one in Lincoln, plus departmental duties, offering hybrid working and a supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate may hold a teaching qualification or be training to become a fully qualified tutor; experience with vulnerable learners is

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification preferred or willingness to train to become a fully qualified tutor.
• Experience working with vulnerable young people is desirable.
• Ability to travel to other sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Employability / Personal and Social Development sessions to learners aged 16-24.
• Deliver qualifications from Entry 1 to Level 2 and RARPA-based curriculum.
• Attend departmental duties and support learners across Lincolnshire sites.
