Job summary

London South Bank University (LSBU) is seeking an experienced Employability Developer to join the Centre for Research Informed Teaching (CRIT) and enhance employability across the LSBU Group.

You will work closely with academics, professional services, students and external partners to embed careers education within the curriculum and design future-focused learning experiences that develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for success in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of careers education, employability, skills development and work-based learning.
• Experience designing and delivering careers-related resources within an educational environment.
• Knowledge of careers technology platforms, such as Career Hub or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives embedding careers education within the curriculum.
• Support educators to design future-focused learning experiences for workplace success.
• Influence institutional practice to improve employability experiences for diverse students.
