London South Bank University (LSBU) is seeking an experienced Inclusive Practice Developer to advance inclusive education and the success of disabled students across the Group. You will lead the development and embedding of inclusive teaching, learning and assessment, supporting educators to create accessible, flexible and engaging learning environments.

You will work with students and partners to embed inclusive curricula and practice.

Competenze

Experience in shaping curriculum development and assessment design with focus on disability support in education settings.
Experience in supporting organisational responsibilities for learners with disabilities.
Ability to evaluate and disseminate data to inform inclusive interventions.
Proven ability to design and deliver professional development activities.
Experience of co-producing initiatives with students and service users in disability support.
