Job summary

Action for Children is seeking an Employment Facilitator to support 16–24 year olds in overcoming barriers and building pathways to work, education or training. You will deliver personalised employability programmes and one-to-one coaching, helping young people build confidence and essential skills for future opportunities.

You will manage a caseload, work with partners, and review needs to create outcome-focused action plans, including aftercare to sustain progress and improve life chances

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a caseload of young people.
• Delivery of employability/group-work modules.
• Ability to review needs and build action plans.
• Understanding of barriers for 16–24 year olds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised employability programmes and one-to-one support.
• Provide guidance across Customer Service, Construction, employability and personal development.
• Maintain accurate records and review progress with partners.
• Support aftercare and ensure ongoing progress for participants.
