Swanton Care is seeking a Support Worker in Hull to help residents live as independently as possible while enjoying meaningful activities in the community and at home. You will provide practical and emotional support, working across days, nights and weekends to empower individuals to pursue their goals and ambitions.

We value empathy, integrity and diversity, and you will contribute to a respectful, person-centered approach. DBS checks and references are required; sponsorship is not offered.
