Swanton Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Female Only) in Dinnington to help residents engage with the community and enjoy time at home. The role emphasizes compassion, adaptability and strong communication within a supportive team.

You will work to empower individuals, respect personal choices, and deliver practical and emotional support across day and weekend shifts. DBS and references required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower clients to achieve their goals.
• Support 24/7, including lone and team-working as needed.
• Assist with health, well-being, cultural and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
• Complete required records and documents accurately.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks and personal care where appropriate.
• Provide one-to-one support tailored to individual support plans.
