Qualifications

• Experience as a care or support worker is valuable.
• Discipline, resilience, and teamwork from the armed forces are transferable.
• Experience with vulnerable children or youth in residential, youth, or community settings.
• Experience supporting individuals with additional needs or challenging behaviour.
• Evidence of patience, empathy, resilience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff to create a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and build pupil confidence and independence.
