Job summary

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
• Empathetic, caring and resilient by nature.
• Some experience in social care or support work, ideally with children or young people.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people in day-to-day activities, promoting independence and well-being.
• Attend trips, holidays, and activities to enrich social experiences.
• Ensure safety and welfare by following care plans and safeguarding guidelines.
• Provide emotional and practical support to help manage challenging behaviours.
• Assist with behaviour management to promote positive development.
