Qualifications

• Experience in adult care or housing with care setting preferred.
• PVG check required prior to joining.
• Ability to work flexibly including weekends/public holidays.
• Basic level of digital skills and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to deliver flexible, dignified, and safe care.
• Support residents to live as independently as possible within care plans.
• Ensure services comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Be flexible to cover weekends and public holidays as needed.
