Job summary

HRM Homecare Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Renfrewshire. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

We offer full training, a PVG check, mileage reimbursement, and flexible shifts including weekends and evenings. Competitive pay is £13.45 per hour with options for part-time or full-time work. Join us to make a meaningful difference in your community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication support.
• Support clients to engage in meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in clients’ needs or well-being.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
