Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant - Strategy & Growth in a hybrid role based in the UK. The position involves working with experienced consultants on high-value client challenges, including positioning win strategies, pricing analyses and market research.

It offers hybrid work, UK client travel, and a competitive salary with benefits. Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of experience in consulting or related fields, plus strong analytical and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• UK-based with right to work in the UK and eligible for BPSS and UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Willing to travel to UK client sites and hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Office-based at Milton Keynes; able to work from the Milton Keynes office at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop Position to Win strategies across major and complex competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors to produce actionable recommendations.
• Build pricing models and scenarios; assess price, quality and customer priorities.
• Contribute to client discovery sessions, workshops and strategy discussions.
• Apply economic, analytical and commercial thinking to real-world challenges.
