Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Relationship Partner for Emerging Markets, based in London/Edinburgh, to support Private Bank clients and coordinate service delivery.

You will work with client advisors, operations and technology teams to ensure seamless client service and strong relationships. The role requires a finance or business degree, CFA/IMC is a plus, and English fluency; additional languages are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous for Emerging Markets coverage.
• CISI Capital Markets Programme UK: Regulations & Securities.
• Strong communication skills, client-facing experience in financial services.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all client servicing and account maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office, and Onboarding to meet servicing needs.
• Address and resolve Client and Advisor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Execute client transactions relating to cash/liquid positions and corporate actions.
• Monitor and manage client cash balances and account positions.
• Facilitate investments in liquidity funds and FX for clients within limits.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with bankers and product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead completion of the client Periodic Review process.
• Investigate and resolve potential fraud, errors, and losses.
