The Collecting Group is seeking a proactive Consignment specialist for the Collecting.com platform in Greater London. This foundational role focuses on sourcing, pricing and presenting high quality consignments for auction, with strong outbound outreach to sellers.

You will receive comprehensive training and work closely with the team to develop sales and market knowledge for luxury watches and collectibles.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and speaking to customers over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and manage a growing pipeline.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in luxury, vintage and collectible watches.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced role.

Responsabilités

• Build a strong sales pipeline by making outbound calls to sellers.
• Research and articulate the value of collectable watches and current market trends.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and assist with sales administration.
• Arrange requested viewings and monitor pricing/market activity.
• Use pricing insights to engage and convert potential Collecting.com customers.
